i have started doing zumba and i walk 3 miles a day. i see the inches coming off but not the pounds. Any helpfull idea’s

Hi! I am 51 years old and have lost 100 pounds and need to lose about 50 more. I have bad knees and arthritis. I have kept that weight off for a year and need another ‘kick’ start to get the rest off. I try to go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week. Any help would be appreciated:)
