Breakfast

Day 1: 4 egg whites scrambled

1/2 cup rolled oats cooked in skim milk, 1 tablespoon natural nut butter of choice, with sprinkled cinnamon and half a sliced banana

Mix all ingredients together as the eggs cook

Day 2: 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg omelet with 1/2 cup chopped spinach, 1/2 cup diced red pepper, 1/4 cup fresh mushrooms, 1 tablespoon calamata olives, 1 tablespoon fat free feta

Day 3: Banana chocolate chip muffin and 1 cup skim milk

Day 4: * 1/2 cup oatmeal cooked with 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1/4 cup blueberries *

Day 5: 4 egg whites scrambled with 1 cup of chopped spinach topped with hot sauce and black pepper

1 slice Ezekiel bread topped with 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
