Salmon Salad with capers

Ingredients:

7.5 ounce canned salmon

2 tbspn light mayo or mustard

1 celery stalk, chopped

1 tbsp capers

Directions:

Remove salmon from can, rinse thoroughly and place in a bowl.  Mix salmon & mayo until smooth.  Add celery & capers & stir into salmon mixture.  Serve with whole-grain crackers or assorted raw veggie slices.
