Christy’s chocolate coconut almond butter smoothie

My friend Christy in Tampa wrote me about her favorite post-workout shake.  I figured I’d share with you guys….

1 cup Silk Unsweetened Organic Soymilk

20g protein powder (chocolate – I use Biochem Whey Protein)

1 tsp almond nut butter

cinnamon (use amount desired)


Blend above until smooth

At end pulse in:

1 1/2 tsp unsweetened organic coconut

1/2 cup whole grain oats


308 cals; 10 fat; 31 prot; 21 carbs (16 net carbs)
