Ingredients:

1 cup low fat milk

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

30 fresh mint leaves

2 tbsp black strap molasses

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

6 – 8 ice cubes

Directions:
