The Shred, Day 25

Hello everyone!!!  I love The Shred.  I also love caffeine.  Here’s a list of other things I love:

-having a clean house, but not the act of cleaning!  haha

– the feeling when you first wake up on a saturday & wondering what the day is going to bring

Anyway, today was a usual day for me…

5am – ry cooked us some eggs & oats, rockstar, fiber pill

8am – 6 oz chicken, 1 cup brown rice

11am – 1 scoop EAS protein powder in my coffee.. Seriously, this is amazing and you should try it!!!  I just got an iced coffee, but you have to order a medium in a large cup.  You don’t need milk or sweetener & then you throw in a scoop of protein powder.  I get the french vanilla flavor from dunkies or if you do k-cups or flavia, you could do whatever flavor.  it doesn’t matter as long as the coffee beans are flavored.. if its starbucks they will put the syrup in it which is either real sugar or artificial & i think both are just nasty & the artificial gives me a headache.  So what I actually did was put the coffee in my protein shake cup and shook it.  It’s perfect!!

12pm – CATZ

1:30pm – 6 oz chicken, 4 oz sweet potato, 1/2 fiber pill

5pm – protein shake

8pm – 6 oz chicken, 5 oz steamed spinach, fiber pill

TOTALS:

Cals – 1717, Carbs – 119, Fat – 43, Protein – 214

Protein – 50%, Carbs – 28%, Fat – 22%
