Turkey meatballs

1.3 lbs of 99% fat free ground turkey

3 tablespoons chopped onion

2 tablespoons whole wheat bread crumbs

3 tablespoons fat free feta cheese

4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce

4 tablespoons buffalo sauce

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon black pepper

(I just threw in all the leftover condiments I had in my fridge before I moved out, so you could definitely take out the buffalo sauce to reduce sodium and still have great flavor.)


Mix all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and pat out into 16 meatballs.  Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
