Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins (Clean)

Ingredients:

1 cup bananas, mashed (about 2 1/2 medium bananas)

1 large egg

1/2 cup applesauce

1 tbsp stevia, splenda or sugar

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 cup regular flour

1/4 cup skim milk or light soy milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 teaspoons baking powder

3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Fill 16 muffin tins or papers about halfway. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

I’m so making these! I made a version of your pina colada protein shake and it was delicious! I used frozen pineapple, banana creme muscle milk light, coconut extract, a teaspoon of coconut oil (supposedly amazing for you) and a mix of unsweetened almond milk and water. It was awesome and finally gave me a totally new recipe (all the ones I find are about berries and whatnot, which gets boring). Thanks again!
