Whoa whoa whoaaaaaaa.. I made this last night and HOLY DELICIOUS.  I’m going to warn you, it’s going to be a bit messy.  There’s no “glue” to hold everything together but I will scrape things off my plate with a fork to take bites if that’s what it takes to have this pizza!  You really have to try it!

Ingredients:

1 Sahara whole wheat pita

1/3 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons fat free feta crumbles

2 leaves of fresh spinach, chopped

1 slice of tomato, diced

2 tablespoons of diced black olives

2 tablespoons of diced onion

2 tablespoons of diced banana peppers

2 thin slices of deli roast beef (could sub chicken)

Crushed red pepper to taste

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Place all ingredients on pita and bake for 20 minutes.

*Keep in mind, the fat is all from olive oil, so its good fat!

this recipe was really good!

I’m not a roast-beef-eater, but this sounds delicious!
