Full body work out in 90 minutes

Light jog 5 – 10 minute warm up, then stretch.

Burpees x 10 – 15
Wide leg squats, toes pointed out holding 35lb dumbbell between legs (squeeze butt at top) x 15
Overhand pull ups (use the machine or resistance band for assistance if necessary) x 8 – 12
Elbow to knee crunch on core ball x 10 each side

Jumping lunges, alternating legs x 16
Tricep dips on box or chair x 15
Single leg squats on bosu ball x 10 each leg
YTI’s in lunge position, 5 of each, twice, alternating forward foot (10 Y’s, 10T’s, 10 I’s)

Mountain climbers x 20 each leg
Single leg RDL (holding weight in opposite hand from the foot you’re standing on), curl dumbbell, and press overhead x 10 each arm
Chest flys on stability ball x 8 – 12
Crunches on stability ball x 20
Plyo pushups on med ball

Go through each circuit 3 times. Stretch at end.
