I am 37, a mom of 3 and 150lbs. I would like to gain tone and lose about 20lbs. that is where I am comfortable. I want to tone my arms, thighs, abs and back. My ankles are fat too. ? Help? I was sent by Katy Brooks ~ you are highly recommmended and I can’t wait to learn from you

Hi! I am 51 years old and have lost 100 pounds and need to lose about 50 more. I have bad knees and arthritis. I have kept that weight off for a year and need another ‘kick’ start to get the rest off. I try to go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week. Any help would be appreciated:)
