1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 banana
1 teaspoon coffee grounds
Ice

Try this one:
-handful frozen spinach
-2 oz. frozen strawberries
-2 oz. frozen blueberries
-banana
-stevia
-1 tbsp. flax seed meal
-protein powder (I use rice)
-water
Ice isn’t needed because of frozen fruits and spinach. You can’t taste the spinach, but you get the nutrients.
